How to use?
In linux bash sell, use followed script to execute.
- snippet.bash
python psr_parse_all.py sampleinfo.xls misa.outputfile .PSR.counts.txt SSR_count
- sampleinfo.xls, a data format to record sample information, defined by BasePedia
- misa.outputfile, MISA software output
- .PSR.counts.txt, output suffix
- SSR_count, samples' bam files directory
